This place is great and we got to tell Rota about it.
We are 2 blocks away from the marina and an eight minute walk to the statue of Columbus at the bottom of Las Ramblas.

We set out on our own today to try to get to Montserrat. Montserrat is a mountain top monastery located about 65km from Barcelona. It is amazing that we got there. We waved down a cab and made it to the train station. I speak very little Spanish but we managed to find the right train after some searching. We get on the R5 and an hour later after many stops we arrive at Montserrat. We take the cable car to the top. The trip was well worth it and with a total cost 30 Euros. Screw the tours. Just get out there and wing it. Meet the people.
