To save pictures to your PC first create a file for the pictures to be saved to.  Then click on the picture you want to save below.  When the full sized picture is fully displayed on your monitor ( this may take a while depending on your connection speed) then right click your mouse on top of the picture and select "Save Picture As...".  Save the picture to the folder you created.

If you want to have pictures printed, I would recommend Shutterbug.  You simply join and then upload the pictures you save to them.  They'll print them out and mail them back to you.  Simply follow the instructions.
