THE BAHAMAS ADVENTUREPage 1312/20/00 (Wednesday) The day breaks cold and overcast. We will stay at Treasure Cay all day today. My sailing adventure is over and I'm just waiting to go home tomorrow.Ron takes the ferry over to Green Turtle Cay to pick up his outboard motor for the dingy. It cost him $90.00 for the repair work, much less then he thought. Although when he put it back on the dingy, it did not work right. It kept stalling out at idle. Ron called Dolphin Marine on the radio and he said it need an idle adjustment. He would call ahead and make arrangements at March Harbor.I just hung out on the boat today and watched the boats go by. Mostly sailboats but a few nice trawlers ( more my speed ) also cruised passed. I started reading a book I picked up today called "The Story of The Bahamas" by Paul Albury. Very interesting stuff. I was a little home sick and wished I was leaving today and not tomorrow.We had steak for dinner. Grilled on the charcoal grill that Ron attached to the back of the boat. After dinner we played Crazy Eights again and like last night, I won both games.Well tomorrow I fly out.
